Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Cheescloth, burlap, or any burlapfabric.com orders are shipped via UPS and UPS shipping costs are passed on to the customer. Any items that are offered with free shipping will be charged our outbound shipping costs in the event of a return.

Return Policy:

All returns are subject to a merchandise refund minus a 20% restocking fee and credit will only be applied provided that the fabric has been unaltered in any way shape or form and returned in the exact same condition it was received in. All advertised sizes are approximate and not guaranteed. Color can vary by dye lot or batch and not guaranteed. Strict 30 day return policy and it would be the buyers responsibility to incur any return shipping costs and all returns must be sent back in its original condition. Any orders that are sold with free shipping any outbound shipping costs on our end are deducted. 

Special-order and non-standard purchases, including large orders placed outside our standard ordering system, are non-returnable once processed.
