PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, specifications, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor settings, lighting, dye lots, manufacturing processes, and screen variations, actual colors and textures may vary slightly from what appears online.

Fabric is sold continuously by the yard whenever possible. Multiple quantities ordered of the same item will generally be shipped as one continuous piece unless otherwise noted.

Minor creasing due to folding during shipping is considered normal and does not constitute damage or defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications before purchase.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. EBP Inc reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or terminate any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing or typographical errors
  • Inventory discrepancies
  • Suspected fraud
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Prior disputes or chargebacks

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be canceled.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing or description errors may occur. EBP Inc reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect pricing.

SHIPPING

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. EBP Inc is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders may ship folded or rolled depending on quantity, shipping method, and packaging limitations.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns must be authorized prior to return shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Returned merchandise must be:

  • Unused
  • Uncut
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by EBP Inc.

Custom-cut fabrics, clearance items, special orders, opened merchandise, and used products may not qualify for return or refund.

Refunds are processed only after merchandise has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by an error on our part.

CLAIMS AND DAMAGES

Customers must inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, defects, or order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Claims made after merchandise has been cut, altered, sewn, washed, treated, or otherwise used may be denied.

EBP Inc is not responsible for labor expenses, project delays, production losses, business interruption, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

CONTENT SUBMITTED BY USERS

If you post or submit content to this site, including reviews, photographs, testimonials, comments, or other materials, you grant EBP Inc and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.
