Shipping & Returns

Shipping  Policy:

Burlap fabric and burlap bag orders are shipped via UPS and UPS shipping costs are passed on to the customer. All orders typically ship out within 1 - 3 business days but could take up to 7 to 10 business days or more. We don't guarantee express shipping services (due to covid and or civil unrest) for late shipments and we ask that our customers give us enough advance notice to ship UPS ground in order to meet hard deadlines.

Shipping International:  We ship to addresses in the Continental United States only.

Shipping Canada: For items not available on hometex.ca (our Canadian partners), we can ship items to most addresses in Canada and all orders are charged in US dollars. Please be aware that shipping costs will be higher because of duties. International customers are responsible for duties associated with merchandise crossing the border. Return  Policy: 

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any pickup orders that wish to return are responsible to return it the same way it was ordered. All cancellation requests or return requests must be done and accepted via email only. Credit will only be applied to merchandise only provided that the fabric has been unaltered in any way shape or form and returned in the exact same condition it was received in. All published sizes of our merchandise is approximate and is not guaranteed and the same return conditions apply. We also do not guarantee colors as color dyes can vary. As well, understand that our natural batch colors may vary based on batch or tightness of weave (as well as our dye lots for our colored burlap) and not guaranteed to look the same from roll to roll. Burlap may have a scent associated with the material and is a risk that the buyer assumes. Our published return policy applies if the customer is not satisfied. All sample requests mailed out we only honor within 2 weeks of receiving said sample (colors vary from batch to batch and we go through batches quickly), as such, any color discrepancies as a result of a purchase more than 2 weeks after receiving sample is the responsibility of the buyer. It's the responsibility of the buyer to determine if the fabric works for their application. If the customers wants samples in advance of purchase we are happy to send for verification. Any items that are received dirty or defective we retain the right to replace at no charge. If customer declines this arrangement then they are entitled to a merchandise refund only and shipping charges associated with that order would not be refunded. All damaged shipments is under the obligation of the customer to hold onto and provide proof such as photos so we can file a claim with UPS. All claims for orders that may be missing merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase in order for it to be honored. Custom print jobs are as custom and are therefore non refundable. Buyer assumes all risk

All custom orders are non-refundable.

Order cancellation requests: All order request for cancellation must be made prior to the order shipping out or buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns, interceptions, or refusals. All cancellations must be made in writing via email in advance of shipment.
